WOW!! We can not believe that four months have gone by already! Our little boy has grown by leaps and bounds. Today we had our checkup and Rocco weighs 15 pounds 8 ounces and is 25 inches long!
In the past three weeks we have been a very busy family! On May 21, Ryvy an I celebrated 3 years of marriage...as Ryvy says...3 years down and a lifetime to go...I love you amore!!!
Then on May 22, we took our first trip as a family to Miami for our friends wedding! Rocco was an angel on the flight...may the fact that it was at 6:30AM was a huge help! I will tell you though, traveling with an infant is quite an adventure! We had everything with us except the kitchen sink...literally!!
We had a great time in Miami taking Rocco to meet all of his great and great-great uncles and aunts and cousins. Everyone was so happy to finally meet our little guy and fell immediately in love with him...but who does not!
The beach and the pool were great! We hung out out with our dear compadres...Mari and Freddy who were also in Miami with Lili, "G", abuela Milagros, Uncle Anthony and Aunt Gloria were there too...thanks Gloria for all the baby massages!! It was nice to be able to have all the kids together and in the sand! Rocco loved the water at the beach...even though sand made it into every single crevice and roll!!!
Now we are back home and getting used to being back at work and the daily grind! Rocco started rice cereal today and LOVES it!! I could not keep the food coming fast enough...he also figured out how to get the last little bits off of his bib!
