Happy 6 Months Baby Boy!!

And so we have arrived at the half way mark of our baby boys first year! It is so unbelievable how fast time is going by! Everyday Rocco surprises us more and more with the things her learns to do. Rocco is now pushing up when he is on his belly and every once in a while when he is not thinking about it too much he will come up on all fours! He knows how to inch along on his belly and go 360 degrees - managing to get everything within his reach. Rocco is also a rolling machine...back to front, front to back and where ever else he can go with the help of his arms and legs!!

Rocco now eats rice cereal, oatmeal and applesauce and loves every minute of it! He even says "mmmmmmmm" when we are feeding him!! New fruits and veggies will become part of his diet in the coming months and I am sure he will love all of them...no picky eater here!

Today Rocco had his 6 month check up and is now weighing 18lbs 4ozs and is 26.5 inches long! He has tripled in size in 6 months! Its hard to believe Rocco was such a skinny little guy when he was born and had to have weight checks!!

These past six months have been the most exciting time in our life and as Rocco gets older I am sure they will only get more exciting and even challenging at times but we are so ready! Our little man is everything we hoped for and a universe more! We love you Rocco!!!
